1 Purchased items will be sent out from Singapore within 2 business days from approval of credit card payment.

Local - registered mail or by hand

International - Air Parcel (refer to delivery schedule)

3 Urgent Delivery (International Customers Only)

Should you require the items within 2 – 5 business days, please contact us for quotation on delivery via DHL Express.

Returns & Warranty

1 All items sold are guaranteed against DOA (dead-on-arrival). If the item is malfunction or defective, it is the responsibility of the buyer to inform us by email or telephone within 24 hours upon receipt of goods. Otherwise, the DOA expires.

2 Defective or malfunction item will be replaced within 1 week from return of goods. 2-way air freight cost will be borne by us with 1 way cost credit back to buyer on next purchase. However, it does not apply to items that are physically damaged or as a result of misuse / improper installation by the buyer.

3 If the item received is different from the description provided, it will be replaced within 1 week from return of goods. 2-way air freight cost will be borne by us with 1 way cost credit back to buyer on next purchase. Buyer may also request for full refund within 1 week from return of goods.

4 Request for exchange of product is allowed provided it is in original shipping condition and 2-way air freight cost to be borne by buyer.

5 All items carry a warranty period as described and stated on the warranty card. However, it does not apply to items that are physically damaged or as a result of misuse / improper installation by the buyer.
